Professor Dr. Yan Campagnolo

Biography

Yan Campagnolo is a Full Professor at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law. He has a Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD) from the University of Toronto, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ottawa. His academic pursuits encompass a range of legal domains including Access to Information Law, Administrative Law, Cabinet Secrecy, Comparative Law, Constitutional Law, Political and Legal Theory, Public International Law, and Trusts and Fiduciary Relationships. Campagnolo has taught various courses such as Administrative Law, Cabinet Secrecy and the Rule of Law, Legislation, and Trusts. His research interests focus particularly on the interface between law and governance, especially concerning the implications of law within administrative frameworks and international contexts.
