Yan Leng is an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Austin, where he also holds courtesy appointments with the School of Information and the Oden Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences. His research has garnered support from the National Science Foundation, the National Institutes of Health, and various university grants, with significant projects aimed at developing AI tools to support mental health in Black youth.
