Yannis C. Yortsos is the Dean of the USC Viterbi School of Engineering and holds the Zohrab Kaprielian Dean’s Chair in Engineering. Yortsos is a founding member of initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity in engineering education and has received numerous awards for his contributions, including the National Academy of Engineering’s Bernard M. Gordon Prize for Innovation in Engineering and Technology Education.
