Dr. Yilin Liu

Biography

Yilin Liu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Organizational Studies at the University of Western Ontario, focusing on strategic management. He earned his Ph.D. in International Management Studies from the Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. His research primarily explores the dynamics of stakeholder management, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, and strategic leadership. Yilin has published articles in prominent journals, contributing to the understanding of employee whistleblowing and its relationship with organizational strategies. His teaching interests include Strategy and International Business, emphasizing the importance of integrating theoretical frameworks with practical applications.
