Biography

Yimeng Feng joined the School of Computing at Macquarie University in July 2023 as a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) and serves as the Associate Director of International Engagement. Prior to this role, she was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of New South Wales and held a position as a Visiting Research Fellow at the Hawkesbury Institute for the Environment, Western Sydney University. Dr. Feng earned dual Ph.D. degrees from the University of Technology Sydney and the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, where she also completed dual Bachelor's degrees in Management and Engineering. Her research interests encompass Intelligent Transportation Systems, Internet of Things, Service Computing, and Wireless Sensor Network technologies. She has been actively involved in mentoring Ph.D., Master's, and Honours students, and has served as a reviewer and TPC member for leading IEEE and ACM conferences and journals. Additionally, Dr. Feng has received multiple awards and scholarships, and her contributions to her field include publications and commercialized patents.
