Ying Xin Show is a Senior Lecturer and ARC DECRA Fellow at the Australian National University, serving in the Department of Gender, Media and Cultural Studies. Among her contributions to the field are a co-edited book titled 'Revisiting Malaya: Uncovering Historical Political Thoughts of the Nusantara' and a journal special issue on the Chinese diaspora in Southeast Asia. Ying is currently working on a monograph and various projects focused on contemporary migrant workers' literature in Southeast Asia, alongside a translation project on Singaporean literature.
