Biography

Yolanda Iglesias is an Associate Professor in the Department of Spanish & Portuguese at the University of Toronto. She holds a PhD from Boston University and an MA from the University of Western Ontario. Her areas of expertise include Medieval Spanish literature and culture, particularly focusing on Medieval Iberia and social issues such as prostitution, marriage, violence, death, and law.
