Biography

Yolande E. Chan is the Dean and James McGill Professor at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management. She joined McGill University in August 2021, having previously served as the Associate Dean of Research and Ph.D. Programs at Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business. Chan is a distinguished educator and has received multiple awards for her teaching excellence and contributions to student life.
