Biography

Dr. Zhao is an interdisciplinary scientist and engineer with significant contributions in protein engineering, neuroscience, chemistry, and optics. The lab combines diverse bioengineering and chemical approaches to create new diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for complex diseases, using innovative tools to map molecular properties and dynamics in biological systems.
