Dr. Young Hui Chang

Biography

Young-Hui Chang is a full professor in the School of Biological Sciences at Georgia Institute of Technology and serves as Associate Dean for the College of Sciences. He is the director of the Comparative Neuromechanics Laboratory, where his research program aims to understand how animals move and interact with their environment. His areas of expertise include Comparative Neuromechanics, Biomechanics, Motor Control, Locomotion, and Integrative Physiology. Dr. Chang collaborates with faculty from diverse departments including Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Quantitative Biosciences, and Robotics. He holds a Ph.D. in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and has published numerous research articles in his field.
