Biography

Dr. Yu-Jui Yvonne Wan is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of California, Davis. She has made significant contributions in understanding dietary effects on immunity and has developed non-invasive biomarkers for predicting metabolic stress that can lead to inflammation and carcinogenesis.
