Biography

Yu-Shan Hsu is an Assistant Professor at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University in Montreal. He received his PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. His research interests encompass international human resource management, work–nonwork interplay, and interpersonal relationships. Dr. Hsu has published extensively in reputable journals, including the Human Resource Management Journal, Journal of Business Psychology, and Personnel Review, among others. He is also a member of the editorial review board for the Journal of Global Mobility. Alongside his academic expertise, he has experience in industry as a human resource specialist at Diageo in Taiwan. He teaches various courses related to contemporary business thinking, interpersonal critical thinking skills, and strategic human resource management.
