Biography

Yu-Wang Chen is a Professor of Decision Sciences at the Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS), University of Manchester, and a Turing Fellow at the Alan Turing Institute. He has a strong background in decision sciences and business analytics, with a research focus on areas such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, risk analysis, and decision support in healthcare and maritime transportation. He has successfully led AMBS’s MSc Business Analytics program, which has received recognition in global rankings.
