Professor Yun Bai joined University College London as a Senior Lecturer in Materials in February 2012 and was promoted to Reader in Materials in October 2014. He became a Professor of Construction Materials in October 2018. Before his tenure at UCL, he worked as a Civil Engineer at the Ningxia Transport Department in China from 1993 to 2000.
