Biography

Yun Jiang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Animal & Dairy Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in Dairy Nutrition. Cornett Fellowship at the University of Florida and has published multiple highly cited papers in distinguished journals such as the Journal of Dairy Science.
