Biography

I am a kinesiologist with a focus on helping individuals dealing with chronic pain. My professional journey in physical activity sciences has been dedicated to both clinical intervention and teaching. I teach at the School of Kinesiology at the University of Montreal and coordinate the certification program focused on chronic pain interventions at the Kinesiology Institute of Quebec. I co-founded a kinesiology center in 1991, which is still operational today, and I have worked in a clinical research center between 1996 and 2004, enhancing my specialization in chronic pain. Moreover, I have taught at McGill University and UQAM, and I am now back at the University of Montreal, where I aspire to continue my career. My commitment to the professionalization of kinesiology in Quebec contributes significantly to my mission.
