Biography

Yvonne Gaudelius joined the faculty of Penn State University in 1993. She served as the associate dean for undergraduate studies and outreach in the College of Arts and Architecture from 2003 to 2006, and as interim dean of the college from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, she was appointed as the associate vice president and senior associate dean for Undergraduate Education. In March 2021, she was named vice president and dean of Undergraduate Education. Gaudelius holds a doctorate in Art Education from Penn State and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education and Fine Arts from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
