Yvonne Gaudelius joined the faculty of Penn State University in 1993. She served as the associate dean for undergraduate studies and outreach in the College of Arts and Architecture from 2003 to 2006, and as interim dean of the college from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, she was appointed as the associate vice president and senior associate dean for Undergraduate Education. In March 2021, she was named vice president and dean of Undergraduate Education.
