Biography

Z. Ping Lin is a research scientist at Yale University, specializing in the field of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences. His research primarily focuses on ovarian cancer, a lethal gynecologic malignancy characterized by frequent recurrence and therapeutic resistance, which are critical factors in its dismal outcomes. Lin's laboratory is dedicated to identifying the molecular mechanisms through which ovarian cancer cells utilize alternative DNA repair pathways, dysregulate apoptosis, and evade immune responses, facilitating malignant progression.
