Biography

Zach Pouga is an Adjunct Professor at New York University School of Law, where he teaches International Tax Policy. He has extensive experience in advising multinational companies on the tax aspects of inbound and outbound cross-border transactions. Zach is recognized for his expertise in complex tax issues, including repatriation planning, M&A post-acquisition strategies, global reorganizations, foreign tax credits, and tax treaties. He holds a Doctorate in International Tax Policy from the University of Michigan, as well as multiple LLM degrees from the University of Michigan Law School, Wayne State University, and the University of Douala. Zach has been ranked among the top professionals by the American Bar Association and the National Bar Association. In addition to his academic role, he is a Principal/Partner at Ernst & Young LLP in the International Tax Transaction Services division, where he has developed a strong focus on supporting companies navigating international tax challenges on a global scale.
