Zhaomiao Guo leads the INfrastructure Systems Proactive, Intelligence, Resilience Enhancement (INSPIRE) Lab at the University of Texas at Austin and is an assistant professor in the Maseeh Department of Civil, Architectural, Environmental Engineering.
