Biography

Ziliang Ye is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of British Columbia. He specializes in experimental condensed matter physics with a focus on the study of two-dimensional materials such as graphene and transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs). He has received several awards recognizing his contributions to the field, including the Tsung-Dao Lee Fellowship and the MRS Graduate Student Award.
