Rahma Chouchane is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Université Laval, specializing in various interrelated fields such as entrepreneurship, innovation, and organizational behavior. With a focus on the interplay between psychological capital and technological capability development, she is currently exploring entrepreneurial responses to crises. Rahma holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Tunis El Manar University and has completed her postdoctoral training at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Her teaching and research interests center on creativity, strategic management, and intrapreneurship.
