Raffaella Sadun is the Charles Edward Wilson Professor of Business Administration and Senior Associate Dean at Harvard Business School. She holds a PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics. Her research focuses primarily on the organizational drivers of productivity growth within corporations and the public sector. Sadun co-founded several large-scale projects aimed at measuring management practices and managerial behavior in various organizations across countries. Her significant contributions to research have led to her leadership roles in initiatives such as the Digital Reskilling Lab at HBS and as a co-director of the National Bureau of Economic Research's Working Group on Organizational Economics. Sadun has authored numerous articles published in prestigious academic journals, with notable recognition for her work in the Harvard Business Review over the years.
