David Bailey has over 30 years of experience in nursing management and leadership positions, particularly in critical care, cardiovascular services, and respiratory therapy across various hospitals in Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina, before moving to California to join UCLA Health. He has authored multiple articles focusing on authentic relational leadership practices in executive-level nursing. Bailey has also contributed to various presentations, including podium presentations, panel discussions, webinars, and poster sessions. His educational background includes a Doctorate in Nursing (PhD), a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the Medical University of South Carolina, and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix.
