Biography

Nicholas Pearce is a Clinical Professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he is recognized for his expertise in purpose-driven leadership, organizational culture, and negotiation strategies. As the Founder and CEO of Vocati Group, a boutique management consultancy, he has advised leaders from numerous global corporations and social impact organizations. Pearce is also a celebrated public speaker and author of the bestselling book 'Purpose Path: A Guide to Pursuing an Authentic Life’s Work.' He is deeply committed to community service, having served on various boards, including the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Field Foundation. Pearce’s leadership scholarship has earned him numerous awards, including the Surge Institute's Pioneer Award. He holds multiple degrees from Northwestern University and has a background in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he also concentrated on religious studies.
