Vas Taras is an Associate Professor and the Department Chair at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Taras is the founder of the X-Culture project, aimed at providing students with real-world, global business experiences. He has earned numerous accolades throughout his career, notably for his research and contributions to leading international business journals, including multiple editor roles in esteemed journals. He obtained his PhD in International HR from the University of Calgary and holds a Master’s in Political Economy from the University of Texas at Dallas. His prolific publication record spans various topics on cultural intelligence and team dynamics in global settings. Taras has actively participated in prestigious conferences, contributing to the academic community through panels, workshops, and keynote speeches.
