David Ross is a lecturer at Columbia Law School, specializing in teaching negotiation theory skills. He has previously lectured at various esteemed institutions including New York University School of Law, Cornell University School of Labor/Industrial Relations, Brooklyn Law School, and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Ross is a member of the National Alternative Dispute Resolution Training Faculty at Pepperdine University School of Law and has conducted training for numerous organizations such as United Airlines and the McGraw-Hill Companies. With over 20 years of experience as an active mediator, he has successfully resolved hundreds of disputes encompassing both two-party and multiparty scenarios.
