Dr. Adam Stoehr

Biography

Adam Stoehr is an Assistant Professor, Teaching Stream, at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. He is an expert in organizational behaviour and employee happiness. His research typically speaks to leadership, motivation, employee happiness, customer experience, and process improvement, aiming at forms of organizational excellence. Stoehr's PhD, earned from the University of the West of England, Bristol Business School, delves into the relationship between strategic approaches and the quality of employee happiness. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Stoehr has received several teaching awards, including the 2024 Rotman School of Management Teaching Excellence Award and the 2022-23 Excellence in Teaching award from the DeGroote School of Business.
