Biography

Aleks Rebeka joined the Strategy & Innovation area at Scheller College of Business in 2022. He earned his Ph.D. in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining Scheller, he taught at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, and Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. At Scheller, Aleks teaches 'Foundations of Strategy' and 'Corporate Strategy' to undergraduate students. He has also taught sustainability strategy to undergraduate students and corporate strategy to MBA students. Aleks engages undergraduate students in research projects and conducts research in areas including problem solving, decision making, and learning in complex environments. He has received grants to support his research work, including a grant from the Strategy Research Foundation in 2014. In Summer 2021, he received additional grants from Franklin & Marshall College to fund research work of undergraduate students.
