Biography

Amanda Merryman is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the School of Business Administration at Penn State Harrisburg. Her areas of expertise include organizational behavior and socially responsible business. Currently, she advises companies and non-profit organizations on organizational behavior issues, focusing on topics such as organizational culture, employee engagement, and high-performing teams.
