Dr. André Côté

Biography

André Côté is a full professor and head of the research group at the Centre de recherche en gestion des services de santé at Université Laval. He specializes in management research with a focus on health systems, organizational behavior, and public sector management. His research interests encompass health care systems, change management, operations and supply chain management, and sustainability management. Côté has also contributed to various projects aimed at improving health service policies and optimizing management practices in clinical settings. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous research activities and collaborations, addressing complex issues in health services and public policy. His educational background includes a Doctorate in Strategic Management from HEC Montreal and a Master's in Project Management from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. He is dedicated to advancing research in health systems management and education, mentoring doctoral students and participating actively in academic committees.
