Biography

Anita Boey is an Assistant Professor specializing in Human Resources and Management at McMaster University. With a robust academic background, she holds a PhD in Human Resources Management from York University. She also possesses a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies in Communication and Public Administration from the University of Vaasa and a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Her research interests focus on knowledge sharing, learning from failure, creativity, and innovation in the workplace, where she seeks to discover new findings and share knowledge to make a significant impact in her field.
