Fusing insights from multiple literatures (e.g., behavioral ethics, social psychology, emotions, social influence) and employing various methods (e.g., laboratory experiments, field surveys, qualitative approaches), I strive to understand employee proactive behaviors aimed at making the workplace an ethical and inclusive place. My investigations focus on factors that give rise to behaviors and the consequences that lead to such behaviors.
