Biography

Arjan Keizer completed his PhD in economics at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and has participated in the Japan Prizewinners' Programme. He spent half a year with Canon Inc. in Japan and returned to Erasmus University to work at the Rotterdam Institute of Modern Asian Studies (RIMAS) where he taught various aspects of economies in Asia. His ongoing research addresses specific challenges in national labour markets and institutional changes, linking to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
