Biography

Arjun (AJ) Bhardwaj is an Adjunct Research Professor at the Ivey Business School, where he has a diverse background in cross-cultural and interdisciplinary research. He earned his PhD in 2007 from Ivey, where his doctoral studies also involved teaching. Prior to his current role, AJ completed post-doctoral training at Harvard University and has served as faculty at the University of British Columbia's Kelowna campus for 14 years. His academic journey includes completing an MBA at the International University of Japan, during which he had an exchange term at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. With significant international experience, AJ has lived, worked, and studied in Canada, India, Japan, and the United States. He has collaborated on numerous research projects across national and disciplinary boundaries.
