Biography

Nouman Ashraf is an Associate Professor, Teaching Stream, at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management. With a career spanning over a decade and a half, Professor Ashraf has held progressively senior roles within the university and is recognized as a thought leader in governance. He has taught thousands of directors in the national Rotman program on Profit Governance since its inception in 2007, showcasing his commitment to education and leadership. His consulting clients range across various sectors, including telecommunications, natural resources, media, and healthcare. Outside of academia, he is a Senior Fellow at Massey College, University of Toronto, where he mentors exceptional post-graduate students.
