Bart Verwaeren is an organizational psychologist focused on how individuals and teams pursue creativity within organizations. Bart holds a PhD in Business (applied economics) and a Master's degree in Organizational Work Psychology from Ghent University, Belgium. Before joining Aarhus University, he held research positions at Vlerick Business School in Belgium and the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, and he was a visiting scholar at the University of Southern California. He teaches courses on work psychology, research methods, and creativity at both the Bachelor and Master levels.
