Biography

Bob is an executive coach and a member of EY's Americas Coaching Practice (ACP). With over 20 years of experience in executive coaching and consulting, he has worked across multiple industries in more than 10 countries. Previously, Bob served as vice president at Ernst & Young Application Services before its acquisition by Cap Gemini. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, as well as a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and a Master of Science in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago. Bob received his coaching training from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and is a certified professional coach. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, a global organization that certifies the training capabilities of professional coaches. Throughout his career, Bob has coached leaders and teams in large organizations within the consumer goods, health care, and financial services industries, often at the C-suite level. His coaching assignments have included individual development, team alignment, performance coaching, and onboarding coaching, with a particular focus on coaching people of color in leadership positions within large organizations.
