Biography

Professor Brent Scott received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Florida and his B.A. in Psychology from Miami University (OH). His research primarily focuses on the role of mood, emotions in the workplace, organizational justice, and employee well-being. His work has been published in numerous prestigious journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Personnel Psychology.
