Cam Walter is an Associate Professor Emeritus in Music Education Performance at the University of Toronto, where he teaches rehearsal techniques, trombone, brass chamber music, and wind literature instrumental pedagogy. He completed post-graduate performance studies at New York University and was a scholarship student at the Aspen Music School. Walter is an active concert band clinician and adjudicator, teaching at the Durham Integrated Arts Camp and Trillium Lakelands Arts Camp. He has initiated U. T. He has served on faculty at the Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto French School, University of Saskatchewan, and York University. Walter is also a performance coach and adjudicator active in festivals and honor bands across Canada, the United States, South America, and Europe. His orchestral performances include collaborations with leading orchestras, and he has conducted and recorded for various ensembles, including the Canadian Brass.
