Biography

Caroline Lee is a Senior Lecturer in the Speech-Language Therapy Programme within the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences at the Singapore Institute of Technology. With over 20 years of clinical, management, and teaching experience in Singapore and the USA, she is a registered speech-language pathologist. Before her role at SIT, Caroline contributed to the Special Education Department at Singapore University of Social Sciences, where she taught modules focused on early intervention, language development, and communication disorders. Additionally, she has served as the Divisional Director at THK Therapy Services and as Clinical Director for THK EIPIC Services, overseeing management, supervision, and training for multi-disciplinary therapy teams. Caroline continues to provide services in her private practice, focusing on speech, language, and feeding for patients from early childhood through early adulthood. She is married with four sons and enjoys gardening, baking, and spending quality time with her family.
