Biography

Catherine Carrigan is an Assistant Professor and Undergraduate Academic Advisor in the School of Communication at Northwestern University. She specializes in Academic Advising and Career Development in the departments of Radio, Television, Film, and Theatre. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Vanderbilt University. Before her academic career, she worked in employment law and general commercial litigation. Additionally, she co-managed the Dance Party program for women, which was featured in the Chicago Tribune and the New York Guardian. In her free time, she enjoys woodworking and quilting.
