Biography

Chaddrick James-Gallaway is an Assistant Professor in Education specializing in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership with a focus on Sociology Education and Higher Education. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2020, where he also completed his M.Ed. in 2017. His academic journey began with a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Michigan in 2013, followed by a Liberal Arts degree from Delta College in 2010. His research interests include critical race discourse analysis, intergroup dialogues, and educational equity.
