Biography

Charles K. Whitehead is the Myron C. Taylor Alumni Professor of Business Law at Cornell Law School and an adjunct associate professor at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management. He serves as the director of the Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship program at Cornell Tech. Whitehead specializes in corporate law, financial markets, and strategic transactions.
