Biography

Cheryl Glazebrook is a Professor in the Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management at the University of Manitoba. Her research focuses on the processes of multisensory-motor integration, aiming to improve perceptual-motor performance and motor skill learning in diverse populations, including individuals with autism, older adults, and those with acquired brain injuries. Glazebrook's work, funded by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, investigates how the nervous system integrates sensory information (visual, auditory, and somatosensory) to execute precise movements.
