Biography

Chin Heng Low is an Honorary Research Fellow at the Australian National University. His research interests include psychological contracts, role identities, self-concepts, career stage transitions, and experiential learning. Chin Heng's work has been published in several esteemed journals, including Human Relations and the Journal of Management & Organization, and presented at various academic platforms such as the ANZAM Conference and the International Resilience Revolution Conference. Before entering academia, Chin Heng dedicated over 20 years to the non-profit public sector in Singapore, where he served as Deputy Director at the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre, contributing significantly to enhancing organizational effectiveness within the Ministry of Trade and Industry. He holds a PhD in Business & Management from the University of South Australia, an MBA with Distinction, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with Honours. Outside of his academic pursuits, Chin Heng enjoys visiting the gym and exploring nature walks with his wife.
