Biography

Christine F. Wildsoet is a Professor in the Department of Optometry and Vision Science at the University of California, Berkeley. She holds both OD and PhD degrees and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry as well as a Fellow of the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology. Her research centers on eye growth regulation, refractive development, and myopia, with a focus on molecular and neurobiological applications, advanced imaging techniques, and tissue engineering tools.
