Cristina Stewart is a Research Associate in the Public Health Unit at the University of Glasgow's School of Health and Wellbeing. She has extensive experience in developing and testing behavior change interventions designed to encourage sustainable food choices, including leading randomized controlled trials and co-leading eco-labelling interventions in worksite cafeterias across the UK.
