Biography

Dana White is a Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan, specializing in Work and Organization Studies. With decades of experience across for-profit firms and social impact organizations, he has held roles such as a merger and acquisition specialist at Morgan Stanley and a high-technology marketer at Microsoft. His commitment to education is reflected in his dual teaching of courses focused on Organizational Processes and Advanced Leadership Communications. White has been an executive director of WiredWoods, a child-focused non-profit, and is a board member of Cambodian Living Arts, showcasing his passion for social impact. He is the founder of Lead Explorers, a global travel design company that emphasizes experiential learning. White holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA with Distinction as a George F.
