Biography

David Heid is a Lecturing Fellow in the Department of Music at Duke University, where he brings a wealth of experience from his successful career in New York City as a vocal coach, accompanist, arranger, and conductor. Having made his Lincoln Center debut at Alice Tully Hall in 1994, he has developed a reputation for excellence in the arts. In the summer of 1997, David gained international recognition with a performance at the Darling Harbour Convention Centre in the historic Town Hall of Sydney, Australia. David continues to mentor aspiring musicians, sharing his extensive knowledge and skills within the vibrant academic environment at Duke University.
